Here we have gathered some information about tickets, departures and arrivals, before and after the trip. If you do not find what you are looking for, then please ask us. You meet the customer hosts at the info points in HUB and at platform A12. They are also easily recognizable out and about in the terminal, with their red ties or scarves. The info points are staffed from 8AM-6PM Monday to Saturday and from 9AM-6PM on Sundays.

On long-distance buses there are toilets on board.

This you need to check out with the relevant bus company.

You will have to contact the bus company you have traveled with.

I’m going on by train. Where do I go?
There is a signposted walking route from Oslo bus terminal to Oslo S (Oslo central station). Walking distance is approximately 5 minutes.
